Eric Lloyd joined the company in 2015, bringing with him a strong background in safety practices and a passion for education and compliance. By 2019, Eric had taken full ownership of the business, continuing its mission while expanding its services and reach throughout the region.
Oregon Risk Management Solutions has grown to serve more than 250 clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our services have evolved to meet the growing needs of our clients, expanding beyond workplace safety training and compliance consulting to include fire suppression safety and related services.
Through consistent, client-focused work and a commitment to excellence, ORMS has become a trusted partner for organizations seeking comprehensive, practical safety solutions. Oregon Fire Safety Solutions, Inc. (OFSS) was founded in September 2022, inspired by a deep respect for the legacy of a fellow industry professional and friend. Prior to starting OFSS, Eric worked closely with Don Fleck, the owner of Don Fleck Safety & Compliance. The two shared a strong professional relationship and often reffered one another to their clients.
After Don’s passing in June 2022, his family entrusted the care of his clients and business affairs to Eric. With this transition, Eric and his wife Stacie founded OFSS to continue supporting those clients and communities with the same level of integrity and expertise. Today, Stacie leads the day-to-day operations of OFSS, ensuring that the values of professionalism, trust, and safety remain at the heart of everything we do.
Today, Oregon Fire Safety Solutions, Inc. (OFSS) proudly serves more than 250 clients across the Pacific Northwest, providing dependable fire safety inspections, compliance services, and expert support to businesses and organizations of all sizes.
Our team has grown to include four highly trained and dedicated technicians, each committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. As demand for our services continues to rise, we look forward to expanding our team further—ensuring we can continue to meet the needs of our clients with the same level of care and responsiveness that defines OFSS.
