What began as a workplace safety consulting company has grown into a team providing comprehensive occupational safety and fire protection services throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Through ORMS and OFSS, we work directly with organizations to solve real safety problems — from employee training and OSHA compliance to fire extinguisher service and emergency preparedness.
We believe effective safety programs should be practical, understandable, and built around the people who actually use them.
Oregon Risk Management Solutions, Inc. is a family-owned occupational safety training and consulting firm that has served the Pacific Northwest since 2015.
The company began with a focus on helping businesses navigate complex workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Eric Lloyd joined the company in 2015, bringing a strong background in safety practices and a passion for education. By 2019, Eric had taken full ownership of ORMS and continued expanding its services throughout the region.
Oregon Fire Safety Solutions, Inc. was founded in September 2022 following the passing of respected industry professional and friend Don Fleck.
Eric had worked closely with Don through Don Fleck Safety & Compliance, with the two frequently referring clients to one another.
After Don's passing in June 2022, his family entrusted Eric with the care of his clients and business affairs. Eric and his wife Stacie then founded OFSS to continue supporting those clients and their communities.
Today, Stacie leads OFSS's day-to-day operations while the company continues to grow its team and service area.
Eric has spent years helping businesses navigate workplace safety challenges with an emphasis on practical solutions, employee education, and long-term relationships.
That same approach has helped ORMS grow into a trusted safety partner for organizations throughout the region while also supporting the continued growth of Oregon Fire Safety Solutions.
Oregon Fire Safety Solutions has continued to grow while remaining closely connected to the communities and organizations it serves.
